Hubricon · the record

What the ledgers say, published with permission.

Every card below is a number a client's own Decision Ledger measured from their own later exports, or a reimbursement Amazon paid on a claim we filed. Clients choose whether it appears here; it is shown by category and revenue band, rounded down, with no brand named. Nothing on this page is a forecast.

How a card gets here. A correction is stated with its expected dollars before it goes live. Later, the client's next exports are read back and each dollar is graded — confirmed by the platform's own record, measured on the exact line, or measured against a stated counterfactual — and capped at what was promised. Reimbursements count only when Amazon paid a claim we filed. The client then decides, on a private page, whether the result may be published. A withdrawn consent removes the card instantly.
