About ninety minutes of your time. Then we run it.
One call, one handover, and then a weekly rhythm in which every move is written down with its expected dollars before it goes live, and measured on your own reports after.
- 0120 minutes
Book the call.
We open your reports with you and price what public pages can't show. On Amazon: aged stock, low-inventory fees, an ad target set wrong. On Shopify: prices sitting under their own compare-at, parcels just past a pound line.
- 02Once
Hand over your exports.
One scoped seat or a folder of reports. Banking, payouts and settings stay out of reach.
- 03Every week
We move. The Record measures.
Every move is written down with its expected dollars before it goes live, then measured on your own reports.
Called before. Measured after.
Every move gets a receipt: the dollars we expect, written down before it goes live, then the dollars it earned, measured on your own reports. Every Monday the Record is brought up to date; each month closes on one number, one sentence, one bar.

One operator. No photo. The math has no age.
Hubricon is founder-operated. An applied mathematician builds the models and answers for every move.
One operator means a limited number of accounts at once.
Everything we hold of yours, and your whole Record, exports free within one working day. Any day, including the day you leave.
And most brands we model show nothing worth fixing: 1,473 of 1,856. We say so, and we don't take that work.
Worth asking before you book.
How do you know which dollars you made?
Every move is written down with its expected dollars before it goes live. Afterwards each dollar is graded on your own reports: direct (a reimbursement Amazon paid), isolated (on the exact line the move named), attributable (against a stated counterfactual), or unmeasurable, which banks nothing. A dollar counts once, never above what we promised, and only in a month it is still there: every move is measured again each month.
What counts as profit?
Money that reaches your payout because of a move: a fee you stopped paying, ad spend that stopped burning, a price that keeps more per unit, stock that sold instead of aging, and on Amazon, a claim Amazon paid. Misses stay on the Record at what they actually earned.
I sell on Shopify, not Amazon. Is this for me?
Yes. The same engine reads a Shopify store from its own exports: orders, products, inventory, payouts, and your Meta and Google ad spend. It prices every SKU, times every reorder, and finds ad spend that brings no sales. On the call we open your Products export with you and price what it shows: prices under their own compare-at, parcels just past a pound line. Two things are Amazon's alone: reimbursement claims and Amazon's fee cards.
How much of my time does it take?
About ninety minutes, once: twenty on the call, and about an hour to hand over your exports. After that, one email before anything moves, listing each planned move with its expected dollars. Moves inside the bounds you set at kickoff go live after 72 hours unless you say no.
Can you touch my bank account or my settings?
No. On Amazon you approve one Seller Central user with four permissions: Business Reports and Fulfillment reports to view, Pricing and Campaign Manager to edit. On Shopify, one staff account whose role is limited to Orders, Products, Discounts and Analytics reports, which Shopify allows on its Grow plan and above. Neither can touch banking, tax, payouts or account settings. Revoke either any day: on Amazon in one click, on Shopify under Settings → Users. Rather not grant a seat? Send the exports through a secure upload page instead. What we can see, and what we can't.
What if you find nothing worth fixing?
Then we tell you on the call, and we don't take the work. Most brands we model show nothing worth fixing: 1,473 of the 1,856 Amazon brands we've read from public pages. Saying so is part of the job.
How is this different from an agency or a dashboard?
An agency is paid on your ad spend, so it is paid whether or not you keep more. A dashboard reports what happened and decides nothing. We make the money decisions, price, ads, reorders and fees, write down what each should earn before it goes live, and are paid only in a month the measured profit clears the fee.
Who is it for, and who isn't it for?
Private-label brands doing $1M to $30M a year on Amazon, Shopify or both, with ten or more SKUs and no finance function. Not for wholesale or arbitrage, and not for anyone who wants creative campaign management or another dashboard. Below the band, the arithmetic rarely clears the fee; if yours doesn't, we tell you on the call.
Why isn't this too good to be true?
Because the bill waits for the proof. Your first month is free. After that, each month is measured on its own, and an invoice goes out only for a month that cleared the fee. We can afford that only because we take on accounts where the math clears.
What happens in a month that underperforms?
Nothing you have to ask for. That month is free: no invoice, no credit, nothing carried into the next, and the work carries on. Leave any day with one email; any month you paid for that doesn't clear on its own number comes back to your bank.
Why are there no testimonials?
Because there are no client results to publish yet. When a client's Record has one, it goes on this site with their own words, if they say yes. We won't write testimonials for anyone.
What happens to my data?
We ask only for the reports the work needs, through one scoped seat or an upload. Never sold, never shared with another client. Export it any day; ask and it's deleted within thirty days. How we handle it.
