The Hubricon manifesto

Paid on proof.

A product brand lives or dies on its money decisions: what to charge, what to spend, what to reorder, what to claim back. Almost nobody it pays is paid on whether those decisions made money. We are.

  1. IPaid for everything except the result
  2. IISeven things we believe
  3. IIICalled before, measured after
  4. IVWhat we will never do
  5. VThe Record, as a standard
II.

Seven things we believe.

  1. The decision is the unit of value. Not the click, the channel or the campaign. The decision: raise this price, cut that search term, order this many units, file that claim.
  2. Call it before you make it.A forecast written after the fact is a story. Ours reaches you in writing, with its dollars, at least three days before anything moves.
  3. Measure it on the owner's reports. Not on ours, and not on a platform's attribution model. On your own Seller Central and Shopify exports.
  4. Say how you know.Every dollar is graded: direct, isolated or attributable. Or unmeasurable, and then nothing is counted and the Record says so.
  5. Keep the misses.A record with no losses on it is marketing. A move that came in short stays on the Record at what it earned.
  6. Price flat.Advice must never be able to inflate the invoice. $6,000 a month, never a percentage of your ad spend or your revenue.
  7. Pay on proof. If a month's own Record hasn't cleared the fee, there is no bill for that month. Not a credit, not a discount. No bill.
III.

Called before. Measured after.

Four steps, every move, every month. They are the terms, in fewer words; the terms are the ones you sign.

  1. 01

    Called.

At least three days before a move goes live, your brief states it and the dollars we expect it to earn. Reply no and it doesn't happen. If the brief doesn't reach you, nothing goes live.

  2. 02

    Made.

Inside the bounds you set at kickoff, in your own account, through one seat that can't see your banking, payouts or settings. Anything outside them waits for your yes in writing. You revoke the seat in one click.

  3. 03

    Measured.

On your own later exports, under four rules: never above the promise, nothing under $25, each dollar credited once, and it has to last: every move is measured again each month.

  4. 04

    Proven or void.

Each month is measured on its own exports. Above the fee, it's invoiced. At or below it, it's free: nothing credited, nothing carried. Leave any day with one email; any paid month that doesn't clear on its own number is refunded in full, issued within seven days.

IV.

What we will never do.

  • Bill a percentage of your spend.
  • Touch your banking, payouts or settings.
  • Move anything you weren't told about first.
  • Use one client's data to advise another.
  • Publish your results without your yes.
  • Show a testimonial nobody gave us.
  • Hide a miss.
  • Write a number down after the fact.
V.

The Record, as a standard.

Today a Profit Record belongs to one brand. We are building it to be worth more than that. Each part says whether it is live.

Sealed.

Live

Every call is sealed the moment it is made, and every measurement is chained after the promise it answers, so you, a buyer or a lender can check that the number was written before the move and not rewritten after. Anyone can check a Record export in their own browser at hubricon.com/verify. What it cannot prove yet: nothing outside Hubricon dates the seals.

Pooled, with consent.

Built · switches on at three consenting brands

A fee change caught in one account, flagged in every account. Built only from brands that agreed to pool, only from aggregates, and every pooled figure says how many accounts stand behind it. Never a figure of yours, never your name.

Portable.

First step live · the full pack later

A Record a buyer can read. Today: your whole Record exports any day, and a one-page print carries its head, checkable at /verify. Later: the diligence-grade pack, so that when you raise money or sell the brand, every decision and what it earned is already the diligence.

The ambition fits in one line: that "show me the Record" becomes the question every brand asks anyone it pays.

No published results yet

The guarantee does the talking.

The first result appears on this site when a client agrees to publish theirs, misses included. Until then: your first month is free, and after it a month is invoiced only if its own Record cleared the fee.

For Amazon and Shopify brands doing $1M to $30M a year. 20 minutes. No card, ever.
